    Carbon Capital Markets provides project expertise to the China Methane Recovery Fund.

Investment focus
We manage and support a portfolio of funds that invest in greenhouse gas emission reduction and clean energy projects. This includes projects that qualify as Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) projects under the Kyoto Protocol and generate carbon credits. In particular we specialise in landfill gas utilisation and coal mine methane projects. Carbon Capital Markets has also acted as equity arranger to Latin America’s largest wind farm project.

Project expertise
We recognise that a critical component of generating carbon credits is successfully and efficiently navigating through the UN process. We maintain an in-house team of specialists who monitor relevant policy and methodology developments and work on-the-ground with project developers.
